WHAT YOU CAN DO:

After you purchase my art work from any of my galleries or my tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds or anything else sold in my Online Store,
you may use them to do the following.

• Make your web pages, tags, cards, stationery, graphics for yourself and others or any other projects.
• You may use what you create with the tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds and art work on your personal or commercial site.
• You may share what you create with the tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds and art work with others.
• You may sell what you create with the tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds and art work to others.
• You must put a link back to my site and give credit due on all items purchased in my store plus all my art work on the same page you have the item or art work.
• You may use http://www.bjshaven.com/ as a link or one of my logo/banners at this link: http://www.bjshaven.com/Logo.html

• You may NOT pass any of my original tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds through any Email Group, Newsgroup, or Forum.
• You may NOT pass any of my original art work through any Email Group, Newsgroup, or Forum.
• You may NOT re-sell my original tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds or original art work for any reason.
• You may NOT add my original tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds or original art work to any CD collection that you are selling.
• You may NOT add my original tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds or original art work to any CD collection that you are giving away.
• You may NOT put any of my original tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds or original art work on your site for others to download.
• You may NOT make a tube out of any of my original art work in any of my galleries.
• You may NOT use any of my original art work in any of my galleries and sell the items on http://www.cafepress.com/ or any other site or store like this using my art work.
• You may NOT (including pixel artists, pixel people or any memberships including anyone else) trace or draw any of my original tubes/pds files, backgrounds or original art work and pass them around to others, share them with others, pass them in any groups or forums or claim them as your own. 
• You may NOT give my original tubes/psd files, tags, backgrounds or art work to anyone or share them with anyone for any reason.
